This herbal smoke is to be used responsibly, and mindfully to conjure and open the body. These herbs and flowers are well known for their profoundly calming effects and their mystical + lucid chemistry. The herbs: Mugwort, Sage, mullein, and catnip are spirit tonics that have been revered by many communities for generations, as they are known to deeply attune and soothe the energetic system. The flowers of Lavender have been commonly used for their muscle relaxant properties. The Blue lotus flower and extract is commonly used as a visionary herb, also for its adaptogenic qualities on the body, particularly decompressing the nervous system. Dating all the way back to Cleopatra and Ancient Egypt times.

All ingredients are either home grown, certified organic, or wild harvested in New Zealand, ethically sourced and are of the highest quality possible.
