Kimihana’s Tea Tips:
- Adjust amount of herbs and steeping time to suit your taste preferences. This is a zingy fruity tasting tea. I encourage you use your intuition when brewing tea.
“As you prepare your tea, tune into your senses. Notice the aroma, texture, and even the colour of the water. Allow your body and mind to relax. Try to connect to the tea’s energy, trust your instincts to guide you through what vessels to use, how much herbs to add, your brewing time, and the waters temperature. Experiment with different steeping times and find your perfect cup.”
-Due to the nature of some of these herbs it is also highly recommended that you steep a pot of this tea overnight, to get the absolute most out of your herbs ! Drink in your water bottle through out your next day to keep you and your skin hydrated!
