1 × 55gms Ikura/ Menstruation Herbal Tea Blend for Menstrual Support, to drink just before and during your period (Approximately days 1-5).

1 × 55grams Koanga / Spring Herbal Tea Blend to Support Follicular Development, to drink during your follicular phase (Approximately 6-11 days).

HOW TO PREPARE YOUR TEA:

-Add 1 teaspoon of herbal tea blend to a tea infuser

-Pour boiling water over the herbs and infuse for 10-15 minutes

-Herbs may steep for longer or even overnight
